This award winning design is cute as heck, but also really comfortable to hold for someone like me, who has nerve damage in their hand! The Satisfyer Orca is not the strongest air-pulse toy, but it is well made. In my opinion the toy is not strong enough to give you that feeling of "omg my clit is being suctioned off!"
